The company currently employs 38 people and operates a 4,000-square-meter steel-structure plant, which is divided into a tee production workshop, an injection molding workshop, a printing workshop, a packaging workshop, and a warehouse. The workshops are equipped with 35 sets of fully automatic tee production equipment, six injection molding machines, 21 pad printing machines, six fully automatic pad printing machines, and six heat transfer printing machines.
The company has a monthly production capacity of 10 million bamboo and wood nails, with an annual output of 100 million units. Its products are primarily sold to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada, with the U.S. accounting for 45%, the UK for 30%, and Canada for 15%, fostering long-term, stable partnerships and establishing a strong reputation within the industry.
